I have a master’s degree in philology and psychology at the University of Tartu and have completed the EMBA program at EBS. I have previously worked as an HR manager, small business manager and HR consultant in companies and the third sector.
I have been led to Ayurveda by my own health problems and those of my family members. The simple but profound practices of Ayurveda have given them a solution, taught them to live in the moment and enjoy life in all its diversity.
My ayurvedic qualifications meet the Swiss nationally established standards of work organization for alternative medicine and I have a Swiss recognized Ayurvedic naturopathy practitioner diploma. My training includes the use of European and world medicinal plants according to Ayurvedic principles. I studied with Dr. Atreya Smith at the European Institute of Vedic Studies in Switzerland and with Dr. Sunil Joshi at the Vinayak Ayurveda and Panchakarma Research Foundation clinic in Nagpur, India. In recent years, I have devoted myself to health counseling, where the client’s physical and psychological problems are solved through the implementation of small changes in lifestyle and diet. and herbal medicine, self-love techniques, yoga therapy, and massage or hypnotherapy. I am a certified hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
The family environment has allowed me to directly experience what issues are on the agenda for men, women and children of different ages. Work experience has provided knowledge that speaks to an entrepreneur, manager or employee.
I love Ayurveda because Ayurveda takes into account the individuality of people and is suitable for people who live LIFE. I am the co-author of the book “The Touch of Life”.
